' I have been attending Susan's Dru yoga classes for over a year now and they have done wonders for my physical but more importantly mental well being. Dru yoga is a wonderful way to de-stress as it invigorates and energizes the body and calms the mind at the same time. All movement is done in a very relaxed and mindful way giving you fantastic awareness of your own body. Dru's flowing, gentle style makes it very accessible so if you are a beginner trying yoga for the first time I would definitely recommend it. If you imagine the great feeling that you have after waking up from a good night's sleep then that's how I feel after a Dru class'.
